Since Parsec is a Zero Trust solution, you have two options for recovering your password: either through another device already connected to your account, or via a recovery file plus a secret key that you must have downloaded beforehand. Whichever option you choose, click the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the instructions to set a new password.

The web app is currently compatible with Chrome Firefox, and Edge browsers. We are working on making it compatible with Safari in the future.
