Digital Sovereignty and Cybersecurity Across Europe

Thierry LEBLOND, CEO Scille/Parsec, has just published the following article in Cahiers de la sécurité et de la justice n°55 - IHEMI

This article brings together the work carried out during the first half of 2021 within the framework
of a political and ecological think tank addressing the issues of security and
digital sovereignty. It approaches the subject from four angles: environmental security,
digital sovereignty of citizen uses, digital sovereignty of economic
operators and the digital sovereignty of States.
